Mark Sapiro's project leadership skills instill confidence. His qualifications, expertise and extensive experience in the industry give him a distinctive edge. In 1981 Mark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University Long Beach, and has been a licensed General Contractor since 1985. His careful management of each project starts at the pre-development phase through to construction and completion. He is a specialist at systems development through advanced computer technology, scheduling, cost control, purchasing, entitlement management, risk management, quality control and customer service. Prior to STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP, Mark's successful track record includes these accomplishments: Senior Vice President of Construction Operations for Braemar Homes from 1986 to 1996 where he was responsible for managing the development and construction of 1,538 single family residences, duplexes and apartments as well as the development of more than 500,000 square feet of retail and commercial buildings. Robert Kleiman's leadership lies in his ability to introduce and lead clients through real estate acquisition and development. Robert excels in all facets of site selection, market research, developing residential designs, processing entitlements, directing project development, financing, sale, escrow and title processes. With undergraduate degrees from Duke University and a California real estate broker's license, he leads the pre-construction stages of all STRUCTURE projects assisting clients through product design, preliminary budgets and all aspects of project coordination for construction and delivery. Prior to STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP, Robert was Senior Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Braemar Homes from 1983-1996, specializing in luxury move-up homes and subdivisions. Robert's responsibilities included forward planning, land acquisition, project financing, due diligence, entitlement processing, community relations, market research, land planning, architectural design development, sales office/model merchandising, advertising and public relations, sales management and homeowners' association relations. Robert has managed the development and sales of over 1,800 single family residences, condominiums, apartments and more than 500,000 square feet of commercial/retail with sales in excess of $1 billion.

Stephanie Belloff joined STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP in 1998 with the important task of overseeing the company's accounting department. Her meticulous attention to detail is acknowledged and respected in an industry where behind-the-scenes accuracy and accountability are critical. Stephanie studied accounting at California State University, Northridge before progressing to the role of Senior Accountant at Braemar Homes, from 1995-1998, and Watt Industries, from 1990-1995. Jill Wolff adds a dimension of flair and style into each project that she oversees for STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP. Her interior design decisions are accomplished by her eye for beauty, a complete understanding of current finish products at all price points and her professional qualifications. She has an AA degree in Interior Design from the Fashion Institute of Los Angeles. With over 20 years of experience, the quality of her design directions are reflected in the finish specifications for each STRUCTURE HOME. Jill assists STRUCTURE and its clients in the many design and specification selections that accompany building a home, i.e.;, countertop materials, flooring, lighting plans, light fixtures, moldings/trims, plumbing fixtures, appliances, hardware and interior/exterior paint colors. In 2006, her design work for STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT was showcased in "Professional Builder" magazine. She is also the principal of Wolff Interior Design, a full-service residential interior design firm.

Jeff Rubin joined STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP in 2003 as a Project Manager. His role is to purchase and manage custom home projects, this gives him the opportunity to utilize his abilities, accumulated from an impressive résumé. Before joining STRUCTURE he was President of Pacific Coast Home Builders, building custom homes in Washington. He has worked for several residential builders including, California Home Builders, Anastasi Development, Castle & Cooke Homes and West Venture Development. He has also provided consulting services for DB Builders, Larwin Company, Dale Poe Development, Urban West and New Urban West. With a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, Jeff's business knowledge is enhanced by his considerable experience. He is a member of the Building Industry Association and the Residential Purchasing Council.

Cindy McClure joined STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP in March, 2006 as Project Manager, bringing her vast wealth of knowledge and career success to the team. Her responsibilities include purchasing and managing custom home projects. Prior to STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP, Cindy was Purchasing Manager for Trimark Pacific Homes, where she was responsible for managing the purchasing and construction of over 700 homes a year for their Los Angeles/Ventura Division. Additionally, she was a Project Manager with Sherwood Development Company in Westlake Village, Braemar Homes, Olympia/Roberts of Wood Ranch, and ran her own Custom Home Remodeling company for many years. She is the past President and an active member of the Residential Purchasing Council of Southern California.

Martha Trinidad is STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP'S Project Coordinator and has diligently filled this role since 2002. She oversees and facilitates all subcontractor communications and agreements, prepares specification packages and project manuals, and generates and maintains files for all pertinent project correspondence. Prior to joining STRUCTURE, Martha worked for Miller Automotive as a Warranty Administrator and Guest Relations (Customer Service) Manager, and LA Family Housing as a Service Advocate/Case Manager for homeless families and individuals in the San Fernando Valley. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and has put her interpersonal and administrative skills to use in her career with STRUCTURE.

Wally Steinert has been with STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP since its inception. He is the lead Project Superintendent responsible for many of our most complex and diverse projects. In addition to overseeing the construction of many STRUCTURE HOMES he has been responsible for the supervision of a 25 unit mid-rise luxury condominium complex on Wilshire Boulevard in Westwood, California, as well as a 158 multi-family apartment complex in Northridge, California. He graduated in business from Moorpark College and has a General Contractor license. Before joining STRUCTURE, Wally gained valuable experience from 1988 - 1997 at Braemar Homes, as a Project Manager, where he was responsible for managing the construction of 523 high end luxury homes. Further responsibilities included a 30-acre shopping center site in the City of Highland, improving a portion of State Highway 33, under Cal Trans jurisdiction. Wally was also a superintendent at M.J. Brock & Sons (a division of Ryland Homes), Urban West Communities Construction, and Barratt. Prior to that, he supervised a landscape company, and worked as a plasterer and a carpenter - acquiring skills which complement his overall knowledge.

Brian Russell joined STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP in 2004 as a Senior Project Superintendent, responsible for the construction of many of our finest homes. Before joining STRUCTURE he was a seasoned Supervisor for Braemar Homes, providing his expertise from 1987 - 2004. He oversaw the development of projects in Calabasas, Westlake, Valencia and Tarzana. The projects included over 400 single family and custom homes. Brian is vastly knowledgeable in all aspects of construction and development, and brings many dimensions to STRUCTURE, including his previous experience as a custom cabinets and furniture builder.

Joaquin Guzman was a specialist in customer service when he joined STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP in 2003. His outstanding follow through with STRUCTURE clients, rewarded him with a promotion in 2006 to the role of Superintendent. Joaquin has always earned the trust of his clients in his role as Assistant Superintendent for Braemar Homes, and now as Superintendent for STRUCTURE. He is an experienced craftsman in all aspects of construction and takes great pride in finishing each project meticulously.

Aaron Wolf joined STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP in 2005. Before his career move, he worked at the University of California, Los Angeles as a carpenter and framer. He has over 10 years of experience in construction and his reliability, organizational skills and thoroughness make him an effective field superintendent.

Josh Schlegel joined STRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT GROUP in 2006, bringing with him construction skills that began right out of high school in 2001 when he started a concrete company. He has experience in many aspects of construction digging and customer service to project coordination
